In a groundbreaking move that marks a significant milestone for both Astra Canyon Group (ACG) and [Graham Manufacturing](https://graham-mfg.com/), we are proud to announce our collaboration, setting the stage for the first-ever IFS channel resell deal in North America. This partnership is not only groundbreaking but also born out of a shared vision and a commitment to addressing the unique challenges faced by Graham Manufacturing.

**Challenges That Sparked Change**

Graham Manufacturing, a distinguished player in the industry, recognized the need for change. Their existing systems were grappling with a series of challenges that demanded a fresh approach:

- **Manual Entry Blues:** The manual entry and re-entry of the same information had become a tedious and error-prone process, hampering efficiency.
- **Aging Systems:** Their legacy systems were struggling to keep pace with the ever-evolving demands of their industry and the world at large.
- **Customer Demands:** Graham Manufacturing's clients were increasingly seeking more information than their current systems could provide, putting pressure on their customer support capabilities.

**Unlocking the Power of IFS**

In their search for a solution, Graham Manufacturing selected IFS for their ERP system, and here's why:

- **Streamlining Operations**: The innovative system offered by IFS provides built-in functionality like role-specific "lobbies," which will enable Graham Manufacturing to define and prioritize schedules and tasks across different departments, potentially leading to significant streamlining of their operations.
- **Consolidation of Systems**: IFS presents a holistic solution with the ability to consolidate multiple discrete programs responsible for various functions into one comprehensive enterprise system. This approach will help Graham eliminate silos and enhance efficiency.
- **The Perfect Fit:** Graham Manufacturing chose Astra Canyon and IFS because both software and service seamlessly align with their unique requirements. IFS is not only well-equipped to handle a project-based company like Graham, but also boasts built-in capabilities for managing defense manufacturing and meeting FedRAMP requirements.
- **Aerospace & Defense Expertise: **Another critical factor influencing Graham Manufacturing's decision-making process is IFS's extensive presence in the aerospace and defense sector. Considering IFS as a potential partner with a deep understanding of the specific system requirements of government customers provides Graham with peace of mind.

**A Trailblazing Partnership Begins**

As Graham Manufacturing embarks on this transformative journey, Astra Canyon Group stands by their side as a trusted partner and guide. Our commitment is to help Graham Manufacturing overcome challenges, achieve operational excellence, and realize its vision of growth and innovation.

This trailblazing partnership not only signifies a substantial milestone for both organizations, but also demonstrates the power of collaboration in addressing complex industry challenges. Together, we are forging a path toward a more efficient, connected, and innovative future.
