Now Hiring: HR Manager

Location: Tucson, AZ (60% Remote / 40% In-Office)
Reports To: Vice President, Administration

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, strategic, and people-first HR Manager to help shape and support our growing team. In this role, you’ll own everything from global talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, compensation, and culture-building initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR strategy across global teams

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

• Guide performance management and learning initiatives

• Handle compensation planning and payroll oversight

• Collaborate on immigration support and HR systems

• Drive culture and employee engagement efforts

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership

• Expertise in global HR operations and compliance

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

• A proactive, collaborative, people-first approach

Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
