From the beginning of their search, IFS was the standout solution. “IFS was the clear frontrunner in our RFP’s and demos,” said Clements. "We liked the look of IFS, all the lobbies, having important things front of mind, the ability to do our own user customizations without having to go into the code and change things, and the flexibility that came with using IFS.”

Additionally, Wolverine had company-specific requirements of the system they knew they could turn to Astra Canyon to implement. “Our payroll and credit card expense processes required some functionality that was not available out-of-the-box,” Clements recounted. “We also wanted the ability to send invoices and attachments directly to customers from inside IFS and track when these items were sent. Astra Canyon was able to put together custom events, database tasks, custom tabs and reports to accomplish these goals.”
